PLEASE NOTE:  If you are having problems logging in, adding items to your cart, checking out, etc...  PLEASE CLEAR YOUR WEB BROWSERS CACHE - Then close your browser and re-open it, this should fix the problem.  Like many websites, We operate using Cache and your web browser can get bogged down so you need to Clear your web browsers Cache occasionally.  If you still have problems after clearing your web browsers Cache, please contact us HERE.


Terms of Use

Your use of this site in it's entirety falls under Federal law and by continuing to use this site you are agreeing to and bound by these laws and regulations.  You may not use any graphics, pics, etc., for your own personal use or gain.  When using this site, even though we try to make sure our content is up to date, safe and secure, you understand that it is at your own risk and we can't be held liable for any errors or problems you may encounter.  In the unlikely event you do happen to encounter a problem, please contact us immediately and we will do what we can to resolve it.

Orders / Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received and are generally filled within 48 hours after payment has been received (excluding weekends and holidays).  You will receive an automated email confirming your order, an email when your order is being processed and then another email when your order has shipped along with your tracking information.  Total processing time is generally 2 business days, however, if you have not received an email stating your order has shipped after 3 business days, Contact Us Here


Currently we do not charge any tax on our merchandise, You will need to pay any taxes due (Use Tax) on your year end tax returns.  We may, however, start charging taxes in the future.  Those who register with us or signup to our newsletter will be notified of this change if and when it occurs.


We accept most major Credit Cards, Checks and Money Orders as forms of payment.  We use a secured encryption (SSL) on our site, so all your personal and payment information is safe and secure.  There is a 3% fee added to your order when using a Credit Card as this is what the credit card companies charge us.  Payment by check or money order has no fee, however we do not ship orders out until checks clear our bank, this can take up to 10 business days, depending on your banks processing procedures.  Money Orders are just like cash, so as soon as we receive payment in the mail, your order is shipped out within 2 days.  There is a $35 returned check fee for any check that is returned to us for non-payment and your order will not be shipped out.  If a check is ever returned to us, we will no longer accept payment by check as a form of payment from that individual, checking account, email or mailing address.


At this time we only ship to USA residents and we only use USPS (United States Postal Service) as our shipping carrier.  Regular shipping takes 2 to 5 business days and you will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.  The base cost of shipping is $3, no matter how many items you add to your cart (up to 368 grams), plus a few items we add 50 cents to $3 per item, (depending on the weight and size of the item).  Most jewelry items are less than 10 grams each, for the exception of the larger heavier chains, like body chains.  We are not responsible for items that are left outside your residence, so please make sure you are home to receive your package.  We are also not responsible for damage to items during shipping.  We take much care in protecting all our items before they are shipped out so that they will reach our customers in good condition, However, in the unlikely event an item was damaged during transit, we will do everything in our power to remedy the situation.


In the unlikely event your item is damaged upon arrival and is not due to shipping, you may return the item to us within 15 days of arrival, for a full refund, account credit or replacement.  Please contact our Customer Support department for instructions on returning an item, choose 'Returns' in the drop down menu.  We do not give refunds or replacements for misuse or negligence.  We do not give refunds if you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, we will, however, consider replacement or account credit in certain circumstances.  We want our customers to be happy so we will always do what we can, within reason, to remedy a situation.
