Shipments and returns

Please Note:  At this time we only ship to the Continental United States, sorry we do not ship to P.O. addresses.

Item(s) are generally shipped within 2 business days after payment has been processed and approved; this means after your payment clears our bank, which takes between 2 and 10 business days, depending on your payment method and your banks processing procedures, credit cards clear within 2 days (payment by check takes up to 10 days).  All items are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. We offer Standard or Parcel Post shipping and Priority mail methods.  Standard delivery generally takes from 5 to 10 business days.  Priority mail takes 1 to 3 business days.  The base cost for Standard delivery and for Priority mail depends on the size and weight of your item(s).  Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

At this time, we do not charge any handling fees, we only charge the shipping fee that USPS charges. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Packages are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


In the unlikely event an item is damaged upon arrival, you may return the item to us for a refund, account credit or replacement.  If you need to return an item, please Contact Us prior to returning the item for return instructions, choose 'Returns' in the drop down menu.  

Please Note:  There are some items (like clothing, pillows, etc.,) that we ask you do not use a knife or any sharp object to open the package with as it may damage the product and if an item is damaged due to negligence, there will be no return or replacement of that item.  Use special care when opening any package.
